Team Building Activities for Children

Wild Team Building, provides sports clubs and schools with some fantastic team building activities for children - opportunity to strengthen team or class relationships, at the same time as helping the children develop understanding and appreciation of each other’s individual talents, skills and aptitudes.

Delivered on or off-site our team building activities for children help establish trust and improve communication. Working together and supporting one another, the young people gain a sense of achievement, increased confidence and develop stronger bonds with their class or team-mates. Whilst our sessions may differ in content, dependant on circumstance, the challenges and problem-solving tasks all require commitment, communication and collaboration.

Wildchild can tailor activities to meet the specific leadership objectives of any school or sports club. Goals achieved include:

• Fully understanding what makes a team and what makes a good team player
• Exploring the role of team leader
• Participating in outdoor and physical activities (including problem-solving challenges, outdoor adventure such as den building, orienteering, climbing, multi-sport and archery)
• Discovering their own strengths and weaknesses
• Learning different roles
• Improving decision-making skills

With the right encouragement and support, natural potential can be realised and leadership skills enhanced – all of which will stay with participants for years to come.
