Wildchild Gift Voucher - Terms and Conditions
Your Gift Voucher is valid up to 12 months from the date of issue.
Wildchild Gift Vouchers may be redeemed as payment for a Wildchild Activity as specified on the voucher or otherwise payment towards any Wildchild Activity or Product to the value of the Voucher.
You must quote your Gift Voucher reference number when redeeming against a Wildchild activity or product.
Our Activities and Products are offered subject to availability. Details of our Products and Activities and dates available can be found on this website or by calling 0845 3717099.
If redeeming as payment for an Activity, we will do our best to secure your preferred choice of dates. To help us, please book as early as possible, preferably 21 days in advance. Where no dates are available for a valid Activity, you can either select an alternative or ask to be added to a priority waiting list so that we can notify you once new dates are released. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
We are unable to issue refunds on any unused Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
If the recipient decides to give the Voucher to someone else Wildchild will need written confirmation of this with the name and contact details of the new owner. The address is: Spectrum House, Dunstable Road, Redbourn, St Albans, AL3 7PR.
