We are looking for a creative, inspiring person with an infectious passion for the natural world to help us deliver our outdoor adventure sessions for children aged 2-5 in St Albans and surrounding areas.
The right person would ideally have experience in Early Years education and/or outside play, and/or either have or be working towards a Forest School qualification. If you are looking to gain further experience of delivering Forest Schools activities this could be a great opportunity.
Sessions run term time during school hours, with the possibility of Sundays if this suits, so could be perfect for mums looking for flexible working options to fit around school and childcare commitments. Working hours per week initially likely to be no more than 4-6 hours, with the opportunity of increasing your hours as the role develops.
Full on the job training is provided, and experience is preferable but not essential. So if you feel as passionate as we do about the importance of connecting our children with the great outdoors, and love the idea of a morning spent making bird feeders, building bug hotels and playing hide and seek in the woods – we’d love to hear from you!
If you’re interested in finding out more please do drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a little bit of info about you and why you’d be perfect for the role – we’d be delighted to hear from you!
